I wonder, if the game is completed and for sale, is it then considered a purchase? Would they then be qualified for a refund. So they should either receive the game as they chose or get their money back due to being misled (Epic Store wasn't even out when it was in Kickstarter). Backers didn't merely choose to back the game, they backed the game on a specific platform (game on Steam is the product). ![]() Now I understand there is a difference between buying something and pledging on Kickstarter (it's not a purchase), but I believe on the Kickstarter site it states they are obligated to try to make the product. If people ordered products to be picked up at store A (near their home, extremely convenient), which was available at the time of purchase, then when ready for pick up they were told they had to drive to store B to pick it up (other side of the state, very inconvenient), I wonder how many people would make the hours long drive (because hey, it's just a different store) or ask for a refund (because they feel mislead or lied to). R2oB 1198d at the moment Epic Store doesn't support cloud saves and game achievements, so that's two things Steam adds to their games that Epic Store doesn't.
